Learning Sarga, we spend SO much time thinking about how it feels for our clients. Rarely do we think how the work feels for us.
It feels like dancing, like moving through the tissue like a surfer on water while being hugged by the silk.
There’s a deep, nonverbal dialogue happening through touch - inviting the tissue to relax, release and be held.
I've noticed that the practitioners who stay with Sarga long term are the ones who love how it feels to GIVE massage - something most people don't take into account when they're first considering training.
I forget sometimes when the schedule is full and the days blur together. But then I drop back in during each session and remember why I started. 💜
