🧘‍♀️ Yoga is HERE at Kaiser Wellness Center! 🧘‍♂️Tomorrow, Wednesday is our very first day offering yoga classes, and we’d love for you to join us!

Choose the time that works best for you:

✨ 9:00 AM Grounded Yoga
✨ 7:00 PM Yin Yoga

Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, or simply take a little time for yourself, yoga is a great addition to your wellness routine. All fitness levels can benefit, no experience is neccesary!

Join our OKMH Auxilliary for their ever popular Grace Anna's Boutique Sale in our Lobby this week. Tuesday, Sept 1st from 7 am until 5 pm and Wednesday, the 2nd from 7 am until 3 pm. There will be something for everyone, so stop by and shop for some boutique items and bargains!

September Class schedules are out and we have some exciting news! By popular demand, YOGA is coming your way! Join us for our first class on Tuesday, September 8th. Don't forget about Zumba on Wednesdays and Saturdays, we are so excited to have these wonderful classes added to our calendar 🥰🥰🥰

Zumba Updates! Our intro classes went GREAT last week, we hope everyone enjoyed these trial classes. Zumba is now on our schedule at the times listed. These are regular scheduled classes, so moving forward they are for members only - or guests purchasing a day pass. See the front desk for details or to start your membership! THANK YOU to all of the new faces that came out and tried our introductory classes last week, and to our new instructor! We are looking forward to adding a variety of classes in the near future.
