A year ago today, everything changed for Bob. On September 2nd, 2025, a stroke left him with complete left-sided weakness and immobility — but it never touched his motivation. After acute inpatient rehab, Bob joined us at Kennebunk Center in November 2025, and from day one he showed up ready to work alongside our partners at Preferred Therapy.

Today, exactly one year later, Bob is walking out of our doors to assisted living, where he'll reunite with his wife and keep building on his independence.

We are so proud of how far Bob has come. He credits our staff and the team at Preferred Therapy Solutions for a lot of his progress — but we credit most of it to him and his incredible determination. Congratulations, Bob. We're so happy for you! 💙

With the dedicated support of her therapy team from Preferred Therapy Solutions and guidance from our medical staff, she worked hard each day to rebuild her strength and independence — and found the answers she needed along the way.
