Healing Isn’t Always Pretty 🤍

I talk a lot about healing, but sometimes I still find myself going back to the things that hurt me.

I replay things. I get angry. I wonder why certain things happened the way they did. And honestly, sometimes I just feel it all over again.

I used to think that meant I wasn’t healing.

Now I realize healing doesn’t mean I’ll never revisit the pain. It means I’m learning how to sit with it without letting it take me back to who I was.

Some days I move forward. Some days I need to feel it again.

And both are okay. 🤍

Stop shrinking to fit where you've outgrown. Own your voice, trust your path, and take up the space you were meant to. The world doesn't need another version of someone else. It needs the unapologetic version of you.
