But from the beginning, it was important to us that success at Bare Skin Marin never come at the expense of our families, friendships, homes and communities.

Meet Marguerite, co-founder of Copper Six Winery, wife, business owner, and one of the many remarkable women who make up our Marin community. As the face of a growing winery, she spends much of her life building relationships and creating experiences for others, and wanted her appearance to feel aligned with the energy she brings to those interactions.

Meet .msn.bareskinmarin husband, Brian. A C-suite executive, father, and one of our favorite longtime patients.

Michelle completed Step 1 of Skin to Structure™: The Release™.

At Bare Skin Marin we begin every consultation by asking patients what they are noticing, what feels different to them, and what they would like to improve.
Aesthetic medicine is deeply personal and subjective.

Our goal is not to change the features someone loves about themselves. It is to thoughtfully address the areas that feel misaligned, heavy, tired, or no longer reflective of how they feel internally.

For our beautiful patient Cat, .dnp.bareskinmarin restored openness and softness around the eyes through a combination of collagen stimulation and strategic neuromodulator placement.

Lasers and microneedling were used to improve crepey texture and stimulate collagen production, while neurotoxin softened the 11s, treated crow’s feet, and helped create a subtle brow lift to reduce heaviness through the upper face.

We hear versions of this frequently.

The issue is rarely that a patient has not done enough treatments. More often, it is that nobody has given them a comprehensive plan.

At Bare Skin Marin, we do not treat melasma, rosacea, or sun damage as isolated concerns requiring a single appointment. We build protocols around the biology of the condition and the desired outcome.

For example, melasma often requires skincare preparation before a laser is ever performed. It often requires multiple sessions, maintenance, and ongoing management long after the treatment itself is complete.

The power is in the protocol.

Patients deserve more than a treatment, they deserve a roadmap.

As clinicians, our responsibility is not to perform a laser treatment, it is to understand where a patient wants to go and to build the most effective plan to get them there.
