I can help most people Reset their Pain and Restore their Movement. The work that I offer is best done in a weekly series of 4-8 sessions to get you out of pain, regain your mobility, calm any over active nerves down (think pinch nerves, numbness and tingling - that sort of thing).

One off sessions are good too, but the don't always reset your nervous system to get the long last and often permanent results of my work.

I don't always work bruises on clients, but this bruise was old and not healing very well on a client today.

So I worked the bruised area and as you can see, it is already moving along as far as healing goes. I worked it for maybe a minute. People don't often get strong visuals from my work, because they feel it and then can move better and have a huge reduction or elimination of their pain but you can't always see that.

There are hundreds, thousands really, of unseen hours as a small business owner. This is for every small business, mine is no exception.

Finding work life balance can be really tough, I've gotten better at it over the decades though!

So this morning finds me at my campsite working on my August newetter. I'll have it out today or tomorrow.
