Maintenance doesn’t always mean more filler. 💉

This beautiful patient had her filler dissolved and then thoughtfully refilled. We touched up her lips, temples, cheeks, jawline, and chin where appropriate to maintain support and balance, along with full-face Daxxify to relax muscles that contribute to aging and facial heaviness.

Aesthetic assessments every 6-12 months are VALUABLE, but that doesn’t mean filler needs to be repeated that often.
Aging, anatomy, metabolism, and individual goals all play a role in determining when, or if, additional treatment is appropriate.

When indicated, filler can be strategically built upon previous filler to maintain structure and natural-looking results. The goal isn’t to keep adding volume-it’s to preserve harmony, support the face as it changes over time, and avoid overfilling.
