Join me at Mojo Meadows in Paw Paw on Sunday, Sept 20th for a slow yoga flow class in the greenhouse, followed up with a hot delicious beverage while you wander through gorgeous flowers and build your own bouquet!

Fun starts a 8am and lasts until 10:30am! You must pre-register for this event

7 years without my mom seems utterly impossible…..yet, here we are. I have done so much of my own work when it comes to managing and navigating grief. And because of that, I am able to hold space for you. It is such an honor to help so many of you that come to see me for Spinal energetics as you go through your own grief journey. Today, on a day where my grief is very present, so many of you showed up for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the support, the calls, the texts, the gifts, the hugs, the prayers… I can say that this year has been one of the most Healing years so far and what a blessing to be able to celebrate my mom. There were years that I couldn’t get out of bed or leave the house on this day. It was such a strong reminder of what I had lost. And now get to think about how lucky I am that I got to call her my momma ❤️‍🩹
