As most of y’all know, Texas banned the sale of all THC variants except Delta-9 on Friday. We’ve removed all products that are no longer legal to sell and will continue offering our remaining Delta-9 products.

Unfortunately, when our license comes up for renewal in March 2027, there’s a good chance we’ll have to close our doors. With such a limited product selection, it’s hard to justify the state’s licensing costs.

🚨 Important Update for Texas H**p Customers 🚨

As many of y’all have heard, starting July 31, Texas retailers will no longer be able to sell products containing cannabinoids like Delta-8, Delta-10, THCP, HHC, THC-O, and other h**p-derived THC isomers. In addition, smokable h**p products will no longer be available for retail sale.

What this DOESN’T mean: It does not automatically make it illegal for consumers to possess products they already have. The changes are focused on what Texas retailers are allowed to sell.

What you’ll still be able to find: Compliant edibles, beverages, and topicals that meet Texas regulations.
