‼️Hiring ‼️

We are currently seeking a professional and highly organized front desk receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for a friendly, customer centric individual who takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and pristine environment.

Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM (No holidays)
Pay: $18 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience: Provide exceptional, friendly customer service and act as the first point of contact for all guests.

Operations: Manage incoming calls, oversee client check-ins, and maintain organized files.

Scheduling: Handle appointment bookings and perform routine appointment confirmations.

Facility Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and shop remain clean, tidy, and professional at all times.

Administrative Support: Manage shop supply inventory and assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Experience in reception or customer service is required.

A valid driver’s license is required.
