I didn’t plan for any of this to become my path.

Yoga found me in my teen years, but it didn’t truly click until I learned the philosophy behind the practice. That’s when I understood it was so much more than movement.

Years later, while navigating CPTSD and postpartum life, I went to massage school on a whim.

Somewhere along the way, I started finding myself again.
Those experiences shaped the work I’m building today: helping women slow down, reconnect with their bodies, understand their nervous systems, and find practices that actually support them.

What started as me trying to find my way back to myself became the foundation for helping other women do the same.

Gentle parenting isn’t the absence of expectations, it’s regulating yourself enough to hold them clearly. I used to think yoga would fix my reactivity.
It won’t.
But it taught me to catch that rising moment and choose the pause instead.
Just like yoga, it’s a lifelong practice.

The moment I let someone know we’re going to set a time to call… I hear crickets.

Every guest gets a discovery call before and an integration call after. It’s a real intake, wellness planning, and education, so the evening is actually built around you. (That’s why we capped it at 4)
As a trauma-informed massage therapist and yoga facilitator, this is how I hold the full process, not just the one evening.

Sometimes your body is asking for rest long before your mind is ready to admit it.

One massage session can feel amazing, but what if we went beyond recovery and created a plan for maintaining your wellbeing?
I’m expanding my work into wellness planning: creating individualized care plans that may incorporate massage, yoga, nervous system practices, and referrals to other supportive professionals and practices when appropriate.

The goal isn’t to keep you in a cycle of waiting until you hurt to seek treatments. It’s to help you build sustainable practices that support you between sessions.
