I said what I said.
We’ve all been there. Cutting calories to next to nothing. Working out for hours a day. Doing whatever it takes to move the number on the scale.
Sure, it works for a while. But is it sustainable? Usually not.
You might get the quick result you were looking for, but this approach can leave you feeling burnt out, underfueled, tired, and with a negative relationship with food and fitness.
When it comes down to it, no one has the same 24 hours in a day.
We’ve talked about this a lot, but lasting change comes with consistency and balance.
Wholesome foods, protein, fiber, walks after dinner, that weighted vest! These are the habits that support your body and not just for a smaller number on the scale.
Your health, fitness, longevity, and overall wellness is a marathon, not a sprint.
If you are looking for a sustainable approach to weight loss with realistic expectations and a plan that fits YOU, give us a call or text at 765-237-9401 to schedule a time to talk.
