We are so excited to host Open Interviews for Direct Support Professionals/Caregivers tomorrow, 6/20, from 10 AM to 2 PM at our Abbeville Resale Store! We highly encourage you to go ahead and fill out an application online at https://arcofacadiana.org/careers/, but no worries at all if you aren't able to—just show up ready to chat!

If you want to do some thrifting while you are out, our Abbeville location will be open for Saturday shopping from 8 AM to 4 PM, and our Center St. store in New Iberia will be open for shopping during those hours as well—just keep in mind that the interviews are strictly at the Abbeville store!

Arc of Acadiana is seeking an experienced, mission-driven leader to serve as our Residential Services Director (ICF Administrator) for South Louisiana.

This pivotal role is fully responsible for the overall administration, regulatory compliance, operational performance, and strategic direction of our Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) Residential Program. Overseeing multiple residential homes serving individuals with disabilities, the Director ensures safe, person-centered, high-quality services while maintaining absolute survey readiness and risk management.

Key Qualifications & Skills:
-Experience: 5+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare/developmental disabilities + 3 years of supervisory experience (multi-location management preferred).
-Compliance: Strong grasp of ICF regulations, Medicaid standards, and risk management practices.
-Leadership: Proven ability to develop and hold staff accountable across multiple sites.
-Education: Degree in Human Services, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent significant experience).
