At Beausoleil Med Aesthetics, I do my best to accommodate everyone and keep appointments running on time.

When a patient does not show up or cancels last minute, that appointment time usually cannot be filled, which means another patient waiting to get in loses that opportunity, and my business loses that time and income completely.

I completely understand that true emergencies and unexpected situations happen. However, there has been an increasing pattern of repeated last-minute cancellations and no-shows, including cancellations made within an hour of the appointment or simply not showing up at all.

Because of this, effective immediately:

• A credit card will be required to keep on file for all appointments
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• A $75 no-show / late cancellation fee will be charged for missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment

As a solo provider, my schedule is carefully planned, and my appointment times are reserved specifically for you. My time is valuable, and so is the time of the patients waiting for appointments.
