Not all redness after microneedling is a red flag.

A healthy post treatment glow usually looks pink to red, similar to a mild sunburn, and can last up to 24 hours. Mild swelling can happen too.

What shouldn't happen? Deep scratches, torn skin, gray or white patches, or wounds that continue bleeding after treatment.
