Home Health Care 2000 Our goal is to provide preeminent quality home health care which demonstrates our continued commitment to excellence, professionalism and genuine compassion.

Home Health Care 2000 is a free-standing home health care agency. We provide skilled nursing, home health aides, physical, occupational, medical social services and speech therapy during an illness or injury, and after a hospitalization. We service most of South Louisiana and part of North Louisiana. Our agency is Joint Commission Accredited and Medicare and Medicaid Certified,and is a preferred provider for most insurance companies.

Home Health Care 2000 had an amazing time hosting our May Healthcare Seminar!

Our guests enjoyed an insightful discussion on the importance of preventive services and how they support lifelong health and wellness. We were honored to welcome Dr. Tammy Mitchell as our keynote speaker, who shared valuable health information with attendees.

The fun continued with nurse-themed Bingo, celebrating the tools and everyday practices of nursing, followed by outdoor Maypole fun, laughter, fellowship, and a delicious boxed lunch.

A wonderful day of learning, connection, and community—because good health is always worth celebrating!
