Not only are we still looking for RNs for ACCRA (and Kruger Nursing) but now we have another company we are assisting with finding an RN for a phenomenal position. I have a job description if you are interested but here is a little taste:
$5000 SIGN ON BONUS!!!!!
The position is FT RN, salary position. We do pay mileage.
Office hours are 8 – 4:30pm. M – F, no weekends.
Pay Range: $73,000 – 89,000

For anyone looking for a change, this home health company pays very well for a Monday through Friday position. You would have benefits, Paid time off, and flexibility.
I have seen the PTO they give, and you can accrue up to 20 days per year!!!!!!! Thats HUGE!!! Potential for a large sign-on bonus and I have also seen their benefits package, and this is seriously a dream job that has the whole package!
They pay $0.67-$0.70/mile and you also get paid hourly during your drive time. So if you have to drive an hour you will get paid that hour of drive time along with that mileage!!!

Kruger Nursing is helping a company called ACCRA find permanent placements for RNs in the Home Health field.
ACCRA needs 3-5 RN Supervising Professional for the Twin Cities Metro area.
The RN Supervising Professional role is a great opportunity for nurses who are looking for more work/life balance by offering a regular work schedule Monday through Friday during typical business hours. As an RN Supervising Professional, you would have a caseload of clients who receive supportive community services (i.e., PCA services), and you would help to oversee those services while providing support and education as needed. In addition, this position does require a heavy amount of travel throughout 7 counties in the Metro area (including Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties).
Mileage Reimbursement- Any travel time for the RNs in this role is considered "time worked", and that they are NOT paid based on how many visits they complete (like other home health agencies)
$40-43/hour
