Your skin barrier is smarter than your 12-step skincare routine 😅✨
One of the BIGGEST skincare mistakes I see?
Using way too many products — especially after menopause, when skin becomes naturally thinner, drier, and more sensitive.
More products ≠ healthier skin.
In fact, overdoing skincare can:

My basic skincare philosophy👇
🌙 NIGHT:
🧼 Gentle cleanse (sometimes double cleanse if wearing makeup/SPF)
✨ Retinol on DRY skin
💧 Gentle moisturizer to lock in hydration
☀️ MORNING:
🍊 Vitamin C or antioxidant serum
🛡️ Mineral broad-spectrum SPF EVERY day
✨ Peptides are a great bonus if you want extra support
Healthy skin is not about attacking your face with products.
