There is a unique kind of grief that comes with infertility — one that often goes unseen by the people around you. The waiting, the uncertainty, the appointments, the hope, the disappointment, and the feeling that life is moving forward for everyone else while you remain stuck “in the meantime.”
That’s why we created *In the Meantime* — an infertility support group designed to offer connection, emotional support, and practical tools for navigating this season with care. Together, we’ll explore coping skills, stress management, communication, boundaries, emotional wellness, and the complicated realities that can come with trying to grow your family.
This group will be led by a licensed clinician with expertise in facilitating therapeutic groups, creating a supportive environment where participants can feel safe, understood, and less alone in their experience.
Whether you are newly navigating infertility, in the middle of treatment, or simply exhausted by the emotional weight of it all, you are welcome here.
