Join us at SWANN on October 3 for a hands-on BLS + Emergency Response Class covering CPR, AED use, choking, allergic reactions, heat emergencies, and spider + snake emergencies.

Your EDD is getting closer, you feel like you still need to prepare... but you’re running out of time? 👀

Jenny's In-Person Express Birth Class is designed to cover the things you really want to know before labor, all in one focused, hands-on day.

This is not a big-group childbirth class. We’re keeping it intentionally small with only 5 couples, so there’s plenty of time to ask questions, practice together, and get individualized guidance.

Jenny is an experienced birth doula and childbirth educator who brings real-world birth experience into the classroom. You’ll learn what to expect during labor, work through your birth plan and options, and actually practice coping techniques and comfort measures you can use when the big day comes.

We’re excited to share a look at this year’s Provider Retreat presentations, featuring conversations around maternal wellness, postpartum mental health, community midwifery, infant feeding, physical therapy, and the ripple effects of collaborative care.

After seeing Jess at our Meet & Greets for so long, we're thrilled that it's finally official: she's now a SWANN member!

Jess is a birth doula whose goal isn't just to help families navigate labor, but to guide them through the experience with confidence so they emerge with a birth story filled with joy, not trauma.

In addition to supporting private clients, Jess also provides doula care through the Healthy Start Coalition of Hardee, Highlands, & Polk Counties, helping ensure that Medicaid families have access to the support they deserve.
