Our AVS Day Program participants recently created beautiful floral arrangement gifts—sharing joy, connection, and pride along the way. 💐
“As they made their arrangements they recalled fond times with loved ones, complemented each other on their work, and shared their excitement to give their creations to a special someone” said DSP Kim Barella.

Get ready to make a splash! 🌊

Join DDRC and our friends at Community Aquatics n' Occupational Engagement - CANOE for the "Splash & Play" event on Saturday, June 6, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

This is a fantastic event for children, teens, and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities—and their families! We will be set up behind the Lakewood Police Department at 445 S Allison Pkwy, Lakewood, CO 80226, for a day full of fun. You can look forward to water slides, a slip ’n slide, a splash pool, an accessible splash pad, fire and police visits, music, food for purchase, and giveaways!

Be sure to stop by the DDRC resource table while you are there to say hi and see how we can support you and your family in living your best life. CANOE asks that families and individuals please register in advance for this event. We can’t wait to see you there! 🌊☀️
