We cannot wait to meet you so soon little man💙You have the sweetest brothers in the world who already adore you (and love going to the dr to check on you)🥹 I wanted to share some wellness things that I couldn’t recommend more for pregnancy & labor/birth prep!!
1. prenatal acupuncture. Best of the best! Stephanie has helped me so much through every stage of my pregnancy and I swear by the benefits of acupuncture!
2. . Lauren is so knowledgeable and has really helped me keep up with my toddlers while being pregnant
3. Staying active, pelvic floor exercises, and 360 breathing throughout pregnancy
4. Now that I’m nearing the end, I’m really prioritizing labor/birth prep stretches. is our doula and she is beyond helpful when it comes to getting baby in position for labor/delivery🤍
5. Eating dates & iced raspberry leaf tea! I add lemon to my iced tea and it’s so refreshing🍋
6. I’ve been enjoying less time scrolling and more time reading/listening to podcasts! Some pregnancy/baby ones I’m loving are Mindful Birthing (book), , and
7. Focusing on home cooked, nourishing & whole foods based meals. + . But also loving our family date nights out!!
8. Continuing my early morning gratitude journaling + prayer + breathing exercises to keep my mind right🫶🏻🙏🏻
9. Nesting!!! Cleaning!!! Organizing!!!✨ The best feeling🏡
10. . The way my post shower routine feels like the spa every night because of these products. Not only are they non toxic but the quality is amazing!! Such a self care treat🧖♀️
10. Last but not least, all the beauty appointments headed into birth😂 hair, nails, brows, etc. I also booked a couple prenatal massages that my friend recommended for going into labor😂DM me if you want this info!
