Some changes are being made to our schedule. These change are effective 5/1/22. All online classes will be prerecorded Zumba Gold and Zumba Gold Toning. They will be offered Sunday thru Saturday. Classes will be available starting at 5:00 am and you will have access to the class for 24 hours. I will email you the link and student code daily. Classes will rotate everyday between Zumba Gold and Zumb

a Gold Toning. The fee for this option is $25/month!!!! I accept PayPal, Venmo, check, and cash (if you are local). This is a great option if are traveling or just want something extra in your daily workout routine. We also are still doing in person classes in the community room at the DeWitt City Hall. These classes run in sessions. These classes are run through DARA. You can register for classes on their website. Classes are listed under “Enrichment/Camps and Fitness”. Monday nights are Zumba Gold and Friday mornings are Zumba Gold Toning. You can also drop in for an $8 fee. Monday:
Zumba Gold 6:15 pm (In-person)

Friday:
Zumba Gold Toning 9:00 am (in-person)

Sunday thru Saturday:
Prerecorded Zumba Gold or ZG Toning (available starting at 5:00 am) class runs for 24 hours

We meet in the gym at the Watertown Township building at 12803 S. Wacousta Rd, Grand Ledge 48837. You can still join us even if you didn’t get signed up. Class drop in is only $8/class. I just have to say that I have one of the best Zumba Gold Toning groups around! Sure it’s the start of Summer vacation🏖️ and there are trips ✈️ to be had but you all are taking time out of your day to come to this class “in the middle of nowhere” and spend a little bit of time doing something good for YOU!
I am so grateful 🙏 for everyone who walks through that door on Mondays and Fridays! And I am very proud 😃 of every one of you for taking the time for yourself and allowing me to continue to do what I love ❤️! We were 30 strong tonight!!! 🤩 I think that is a record for this location!!! You ladies rocked 🎸 it tonight!! I can’t wait to see everyone for our first Friday morning class this week!

What a fantastic weekend! I hope you got to do something fun with all of the sunshine we had!!! It’s a fresh week and we have Zumba Gold Toning classes to get to! Join us in Wacousta both Monday at 6:15 pm and then again Friday morning at 9:15 am at the Watertown Township Gym, 12803 S. Wacousta Rd, Grand Ledge 48837.

You can still sign up if you didn’t do it last week. If you can’t commit to the whole session, that’s OK! You can absolutely drop in for $8/class. We will be happy to have you anytime you can make it!!

Woohoo! We are back this week with new Zumba Gold Toning sessions. Our Monday night will meet for 6 classes but our Friday classes will only be meeting for 4 classes. Please make sure you make a note of the dates.

Classes will still be held in Wacousta at the Watertown Township Gym. Zumba Gold Toning is low impact/medium intensity, easy to follow, and everyone can do it! We have a fabulous community of residents from all over the Lansing and surrounding areas. Not sure if this class is for you? Come on out and pay the $8 drop in fee…easy peasy!! Happy Monday everyone! Zumba Gold Toning classes will not be held this week in Wacousta. Our next session will start up next week (6/1/26). The schedule will be in the pic below. Please note that our Friday session will only be meeting 4 times. All dates are listed so you know exactly when we will be holding class. If you have any questions, just let me know.

I am completely exhausted! My knees hurt, my head hurts, and I can’t think straight I am so tired. But one thing is for sure…my heart is exploding with joy and happiness!

I want to thank StoryPoint East Lansing, Independence Village Grand Ledge, Independence Village of East Lansing, American House Meridian, Grace Haven Assisted Living for bringing their residents to our special Chair Zumba luncheon today. I can’t even begin to explain what this meant to me. I love what I do! I don’t know if it’s the classes themselves or the residents that show up class after class after class! We have so much fun in class singing, exercising and being silly (that’s good for the soul)! I think it was a good day had by all!

This was a Springtime themed party that evolved into a bunch of butterflies! So much fun!! And a special shout out to all of my “Zumba Gold Angels” for helping out! I literally couldn’t have done this without your help!!
Linda Sue Spring, Dana Hart, , Ellen Merrill, Susan Kilmer, Sally Clark, Cathi Consolino, Sheila M, Carol K, Sharon M…you ladies rocked this afternoon! You made today run so smooth that I was able to spend that time with my guests and not have to worry about a thing!!! And for that I will be forever grateful!!

I am so thankful for everyone that has become a part of this Zumba Gold community. It just goes to show that being a part of something no matter how big or small it does good things to your heart and mind. Thank you for letting me do my thing…whatever that is!! ❤️❤️❤️
