Congratulations and best wishes to Mike Baranowski, who is retiring after 26 years of service as CEO of Community First Health Centers. Yesterday, Mike was honored by incoming CEO, Laura Huffman, and recognized by Joseph Pavlov - State Representative and Jay DeBoyer - State Representative's staff. MPCA thanks Mike for his contributions to health centers statewide as a board member, and we wish him a happy retirement!

We are proud to share that two members of the Upper Great Lakes Family Health team were recently recognized by the Michigan Primary Care Association (MPCA) for their leadership and dedication to service.

Trevor Hodges, CEO, received a Healthcare Leadership Award, and Sarah Tregembo, Practice Manager of our Gwinn and Sawyer Clinics, was honored with a Distinguished Service Award. Trevor and Sarah both exemplify the mission and values of UGL through the care and support they provide to our teams, patients, and communities.

Representatives from the MPCA recently visited our Gwinn Clinic to present the awards.
