I don't always spend my Saturday morning on a bike, but when I do, I love it.

I started out with a great group of women who were all participating in the women's wellness revolution over the past three weeks. It was a great program, and I met some amazing women.

this was a free program that was sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont and Terry bicycles. If you ever have the chance to participate, I highly recommend it.

The program finished today, but I do hope to keep biking and making new friends out here on the road.

I have had a great time moving from the spin bike to my road bike. I have already been on several rides, adding evening rides with some new friends.

Joining new groups can be hard. But if you see something that looks interesting, I encourage you to go check it out. It might not be for you, and that's ok. Every time you push your comfort level, you get better at doing it and it gets easier.

Shake out hike? We were enjoying the trail and talking, maybe didn't mean to go 6 miles. 🥾

Packing water, electrolytes, snacks, extra socks and other supplies for our march tomorrow.

Due to extreme heat, the entire route has been reduced to 15.6 miles this year. The plan is to be done BEFORE the temps get into the 90's.

Teaching live online classes sometimes means unexpected guests show up who don't really care!

My fluffy cat would NOT leave my yoga mat, and gave me A LOOK when I tried to coax him over to the side.

I love it when he comes to visit, just like I love seeing all of your pets show up for class each day.

I don't have to walk my cats, they mostly entertain themselves, but I do miss the days of having a dog force me to go outside when I really don't want to.

I've been doing a challenge with my Strong Women members to get out and move this January, because it can be HARD!

Here is your nudge to get out and do a little something more than you feel like doing today. Each time you push through that resistance, you build your resolve and reinforce your commitment to staying healthy.
