Dehydration: Signs, Causes & Prevention
1. 💧 Common Signs & Symptoms
Dehydration may cause strong thirst, dry mouth, headache, fatigue, dizziness, weakness, and darker-than-usual urine.
2. ☀️ Common Causes
Hot weather, excessive sweating, intense exercise, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and not drinking enough fluids can lead to dehydration.

When your body loses too much water and electrolytes, normal functions such as blood circulation, temperature control, and muscle performance can be affected.
