🌅 Before the world asks anything of you today, begin with loving-kindness.
There is a quiet power in starting the morning not with worry, rushing, or the weight of yesterday—but with a sincere wish for well-being.
In Buddhist practice, Mettā—loving-kindness—is cultivated without conditions. We begin with ourselves, then gradually widen the heart to those we love, those we do not know, those experiencing difficulty, and ultimately to all beings.
Pause for one gentle breath this morning. 🪷
💗 May all beings be free from suffering.
🌿 May all beings know peace.
💗 May all beings be loved.
🕊️ May all beings be free.
✨ May all beings know joy.
We may not be able to remove every hardship from the world, but we can choose what we bring into it.
A kinder thought.
A gentler word.
A compassionate action.
A peaceful presence.
May the peace we cultivate within become peace we share with others.
May you be well.
May you be happy.
May you be peaceful. 🪷
With Metta,
Peace Compassion Love
