Last week was a big week for the LaRue Ortho Team! 🩵💙

We celebrated 3 work anniversaries! Thank you to Heather, Jackie, and Maddie for their dedication to our team, our patients, and the practice as a whole. LaRue Ortho wouldn’t be what it is without each of these lovely ladies! 🥳 👏🏻

We celebrated Orthodontic Staff Appreciation week with Chick-fil-A and games instead of our usual office meeting, some breakfast treats, car details, and a group date to the nail salon! We had a blast! Our team is comprised of some truly incredible women- they deserve to be recognized and pampered from time to time! So THANK YOU to each member of our dream team for their continued dedication and enthusiasm. They make our office such a positive, fun place to be for our patients and their families! 🥰💕

On Saturday morning, we participated in the “virtual” Walk for Children’s - a charity walk supporting UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. Our team, along with their families (babies, kids, husbands, and dogs) met up and walked as a group. It was a great chance for us to get outside, be together, exercise, chat, and donate to a great cause too!

We hosted an amazing group of Girl Scouts for an office field trip last week! We taught them about what to expect when you see an orthodontist for the first time, showed them how we use our intraoral scanner and 3D printer to make dental models, and talked about various orthodontic appliances we use in our office. We also bought lots of cookies from their troop! Cookies were donated to our local schools 🙌🏻🍪 Thanks for coming, girls, we had a blast! ☺️

LaRue Ortho is HIRING! 🦷☺️ Our clinical team is ready to welcome another ALL-STAR! 🤩

We’re looking for an orthodontic assistant to join our growing orthodontic practice! Dental/orthodontic assisting experience is preferred, but passion for top-notch customer service and a strong work ethic are MOST important to us. The position will require you to travel to all three of our office locations (Greensburg, Latrobe, and Ligonier). However, Latrobe is our main office location where we spend most of our days. Greensburg and Ligonier are satellite locations. Our practice is centered around providing top quality patient care using modern approaches to orthodontic treatment. Applicants should be computer savvy, interested in technological advancements in our field, and willing to constantly learn and advance in treatment techniques. Our team cares for one another & lift each other up so that we can be the best for our patients each and every day! We work hard but we have fun together as well and are a close knit group!

Schedule: Monday 8-5 pm; Tuesday 8-5 pm; Wednesday 8-5 pm; Thursday 8-5 pm; Friday 9-12 pm (non-patient time)

Pay: hourly rate paid bi-weekly via direct deposit (based on experience level & value added to the practice)

Benefits: 3 weeks paid time off; 7 paid holidays; healthcare stipend paid monthly; retirement plan with 3% employer match; paid educational CE courses & trips to advance the practice; regular team-building office outings; monthly goal-based bonuses
