If magnesium has done nothing for you, check the back of the bottle before you give up on it. Oxide is barely absorbed. Glycinate is the calm one. Citrate moves your bowel. Malate goes to muscle and energy. And if your stomach acid is low you can still take the right form and absorb almost none of it. Save this one for your next shopping trip.

"Why won't my antibodies come down" is one of the most common questions I get. Antibodies are targeting instructions, and thyroid medication does not change them. Gut lining, blood sugar swings, and an infection or exposure your body never cleared are the three I look for first. All three are findable. That is the part nobody tells you.
