We know it’s a hard truth and it hurts to be reminded 😅

Let’s start with a big one:

You read that right!

There are plenty of ways to build strength, improve conditioning, and get results. Burpees are no longer one of the tools we use.

❌ The “No Pain, No Gain” myth

A good workout should challenge you but not leave you feeling broken. Progress comes from consistency, not misery.

❌ Getting yelled at

Our coaches will challenge you, support you, and hold you accountable. No drill sergeant energy required.

❌ Being left to figure it out on your own

Every session is coached. You shouldn’t have to guess whether you’re doing an exercise correctly or wonder what to do next.

Transformation Tuesday - Proof that a lot can change in just 30 days! 🔥

Swipe to see Charlotte’s incredible transformation! Not only did she build muscle and nearly double her push-up capacity, but she built a foundation of consistency that leveled up her energy, mood, and relationships.

We are so proud of Charlotte. She shows up every session and puts in the work. She is absolute proof that strength can be built in as little as 30 days! We’re so grateful to be alongside her on this journey and can’t wait to see where she is in the next 30.

A new month means a new Member of the Month, and we’re so excited to celebrate Perla! 🎉

Perla has been a committed member since 2016 and we’re so proud of the woman she's become. She has continued to show up through personal catastrophes, natural disasters, a pandemic, and yet never given up on herself. She's resilient, strong, and has built herself brick by brick. We are so proud to be her gym family. ❤️

More about Perla:

1. How did you find out about Strength+Grace Fitness (SGF)?

I found out about SGF through a friend, and I’ve been working out with Sami since 2016.

2. What is your favorite thing about Strength+Grace Fitness?

My favorite thing about SGF is that Sami makes workouts fun, and challenging at the same time.

3. What accomplishment are you most proud of since joining?

I’m most proud of creating and maintaining a consistent workout routine that fits my lifestyle. My job requires strength, and staying committed to fitness has helped me both inside and outside the gym.

4. What doubts (if any) did you have to overcome to get committed to your goals?

At first, I doubted whether I could stay consistent long-term. Over time, I learned to trust the process and focus on progress instead of perfection.

5. What things were you surprised to learn after joining?

I was surprised by how supportive and encouraging everyone is. It truly feels like a fitness family.

6. How do you think this is different from other things you have tried?

SGF is different because it’s a small group setting that feels almost like one-on-one training. Sami plans our workouts each week and keeps things fresh and challenging. I also prefer the smaller, more personal environment over big gyms.

7. How do you fit this into your busy routine?

I’m not exactly sure how I make it work sometimes, but I enjoy coming in early and starting my day with a great workout. It helps set the tone for the rest of my day.

8. What do you like to do outside the gym?

Outside the gym, I enjoy spending time with my family, supporting my kids.

9. What’s a fun/random fact about you?

A fun fact about me is that I love staying busy and always smiling.
