From our dear Michael — the heart behind so much of what happens at Dream a Dream. 🐴❤️

Many of you know Michael as the one caring for the horses, fixing fences, dragging the arena, helping riders, supporting volunteers, and quietly doing countless things behind the scenes each and every day. His love for this mission and for our horses runs deep.

Michael is participating in the Horses for Mental Health campaign in support of Dream a Dream Therapeutic Horsemanship. Through equine-assisted programs, children, teens, and individuals with special needs experience confidence, connection, emotional growth, and hope through meaningful interactions with horses.

His goal is to raise $500 to help provide scholarships and equine-assisted program opportunities for individuals and families in our community.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom. ❤️🤍💙

At Dream a Dream Therapeutic Horsemanship, we are especially grateful for the sacrifices made by our military heroes and their families. As the horses quietly stand beside us, they remind us of strength, courage, healing, and unconditional love.

From our herd to yours, we wish you a peaceful Memorial Day filled with gratitude, remembrance, and time with those you love.

Yesterday was such a special day at Dream a Dream as we welcomed an amazing group from Generation SERVE! 🩷🐴

We loved seeing families and kiddos working side-by-side, learning that volunteering is about kindness, teamwork, compassion, and giving back to something bigger than ourselves. From helping with chores to loving on the horses, every helping hand made a difference.

Watching young hearts learn the value of service while connecting with our horses and program was truly beautiful. Thank you, Generation SERVE, for spending part of your holiday weekend with us and for helping make Dream a Dream such a special place. ✨

Happy 20th Birthday to our sweet Trinity! 🎉🐴💖

This week we celebrated this very special girl with carrot cake shared with her BFF, Suzie… and let’s just say they each had their own opinions on dessert 😂🥕🎂
Trinity happily devoured the cake part while Suzie made it very clear that the icing was the real prize! Lol!

We love this girl beyond words and are so thankful for every moment with her. Trinity has touched so many hearts through her gentle spirit and loving presence at Dream a Dream. 💕

A forever thank you to Penny Reeves for donating Trinity and making her such a treasured part of our Dream a Dream herd. She is deeply loved. 🩷

Yesterday we celebrated our sweet Oscar’s 22nd birthday! 💙🐴🎂

What a joy and blessing it has been to have this special boy as part of our herd. Oscar brings so much kindness, heart, and quiet wisdom to everyone he meets, and we are so grateful for every moment with him.
