Sometimes people walk into my office carrying so much fear, stress, and emotional weight that they’re barely holding it together.

One of the things I love most about holistic work is how individualized the body’s responses can be.

Recently, a client shared that she had been struggling with a severe headache for several days and felt like nothing was helping.
