Saline implants are still available and have two main advantages. They are typically less expensive, and the fill volume can be adjusted to help account for small asymmetries.

Sarah has been a registered nurse for 8 years and has spent the last 4 specializing in aesthetics. She considers herself a conservative injector and focuses on creating natural looking results that help her patients feel confident while still looking like themselves.

Continued education is also a big part of her approach. Sarah is always looking for opportunities to learn, train, and continue building her skills as an injector.
