Your brain changes over time — the question is, are you tracking it?

This month’s Additional Health Highlights explores why establishing a baseline EEG brain scan can be so important for long-term brain health. From concussions and car accidents to stress, burnout, aging, and neurological strain, many changes in brain function can happen gradually and go unnoticed without objective measurement.

BND takes a closer look at how baseline and annual reassessments can help provide clearer insight into cognitive performance, brain fatigue, recovery, and neurological resilience over time.

As we spotlight WAVi Brain Scans this May, we explore the growing importance of establishing objective baseline measurements for brain health and tracking changes over time.

What if your health wasn’t based on guesswork—but on real data?

Our May Newsletter is live, and it dives into how we’re helping clients better understand their brain, recovery, and overall health through measurable insight.

This month, we’re highlighting:
🧠 Why baseline & follow-up brain scans matter
💡 The science behind photobiomodulation (light therapy)
🔬 A no-cost wound healing research opportunity
📊 How tracking your data can lead to better outcomes

It’s all part of a bigger shift—from “How do you feel?” to “What’s actually changing in your body?”

This May, Brand New Day is focused on helping clients better understand and support brain function, recovery, and overall health through our data-guided Track & Treat approach.

Can your body actually learn to stay in pain?

In this month’s Additional Health Highlights, we explore how chronic pain isn’t always just physical—it can become a learned pattern within the nervous system. When that happens, the body may continue sending pain signals even after the original issue has healed.

This issue takes a closer look at how retraining the brain and nervous system can help shift these patterns and create a new path forward for people who have been stuck in cycles of pain.

As we spotlight Scrambler Therapy this April, we take a closer look at how chronic pain is not always just physical—it can become a learned pattern within the nervous system.

April is all about gaining a clearer understanding of your heart, circulation, and overall health.

This month’s Brand New Day Newsletter explores how measurable data can provide deeper insight into how your body is actually functioning—not just how you feel. From the CardioNeuro System (TM-Flow) and its real-time look at cardiovascular and autonomic health, to updated Neuro20 protocols and ongoing research in wound healing, this issue highlights how tracking the body can lead to more meaningful progress over time.

This April, Brand New Day is focused on helping clients better understand and support their heart health and circulation through our data-guided Protocol Programs with the BND Track & Treat approach.

Recovery isn’t always just physical — it’s neurological.

In this month’s Additional Health Highlights, we explore one of the most important questions we hear: Can supporting the brain actually improve recovery?

From chronic stress and burnout to concussion and PTSD, many people feel stuck not because they aren’t trying—but because the systems responsible for healing haven’t been fully supported. This issue takes a deeper look at how the brain and nervous system influence recovery, and why strengthening these systems can make a meaningful difference.

As we spotlight Neupanex this month, we focus on how strengthening neurological function can support recovery from chronic stress and trauma.

Our March Brand New Day newsletter is now available and focuses on building momentum through measurable care. This month we highlight the comeback story of Olympic snowboarder Jake Pates, who used WAVi EEG scans to better understand his brain’s recovery after multiple head injuries.

We’re also continuing enrollment for our free wound-healing research study in partnership with Bales Photonics, while offering March specials including a $99 WAVi EEG baseline scan and a $99 Firefly gut treatment package.

You can read the full newsletter and learn more about these programs at brandnewdayhealth.com.

What does it take to make an Olympic comeback?

For Team USA snowboarder Jake Pates, it meant stepping away from the sport — and then taking a smarter, more data-driven approach to recovery on the way back.

Before the 2019–20 season, Pates completed a WAVi Brain Scan and was able to track changes in his brain function over the next four years as he worked toward qualifying for the 2026 U.S. Olympic Halfpipe Team.

That same WAVi technology is available right here at Brand New Day.

Our in-clinic brain scan helps measure cognitive processing speed, brain stress, and neurological performance in a fast, non-invasive session — giving both patients and providers objective insight that can be tracked over time.

Curious what your brain health looks like today?

One of the most common questions we hear at Brand New Day is: “Why haven’t I gotten better—even after seeing multiple doctors and trying different treatments?”

In our January Additional Health Highlights, Dr. Arden Andersen explains why so many people stay stuck not because they aren’t trying hard enough, but because the real root cause was never fully identified. This issue explores how looking at the nervous system, circulation, and cellular communication together can uncover what’s actually holding the body back—and why better answers often lead to better outcomes.

In this January edition of 'Additional Health Highlights', we explore one of the most common—and frustrating—questions we hear at Brand New Day: “Why haven’t I gotten better, even after seeing multiple doctors and trying different treatments?”Guided by our Medical Director, Dr. Arden Ander...
