There is a kind of knowing the body never lost.
It is older than language. Older than seminars and certificates. It is the knowing that recognizes a stone the moment your palm closes around it. The knowing that reaches for water when grief arrives. The knowing that has been called superstition by people who never sat still long enough to feel it.
This book is for that knowing.
For years I have been doing this work one client at a time. I have watched the same questions surface again and again.

Your great-grandmother knew what to do with a stone.

She tucked agates into pockets. She kept amethyst by the bed. She gave you a smooth river rock to hold when you were scared and told you to squeeze it. That was knowledge. Older than the church on the corner. Older than the country you live in.

The high priest of Israel wore twelve stones across his chest. Solomon worked with them. Every ancient culture on every continent shaped the earth into tools for the body and the spirit. The fear of crystals is a recent invention. A few generations old at most. Installed by people who needed you to forget your own hands.

This knowledge was buried in you under fear. It is still there.

A stone is a piece of the planet that took millions of years to grow into the exact form it holds. Pressed by heat. Shaped by pressure. Older than your bloodline by more than you can count. When you hold one, you are touching deep time. The body knows.
You are allowed to remember.

You are allowed to use your hands the way they were made to be used.
