Today but in 2020. Seven years ago my life began to shift - not unlike everyone else.
I didn’t become fearful when my 10 year position at the University of Kentucky’s Integrative Medicine Center disappeared. I embraced the change.
I took everything I learned with me. How to read medical reports. How to work with physicians, surgeons, mental health specialists, and nurses (the heart of medicine in my opinion) .
It translated easily into the animal world - working with veterinary medicine professionals, chiropractors, massage therapists and the caregivers for all species and breeds.
The traditional medical world gave me time to listen to the people I served. I do the same with animals. The show me in body language and an internal dialogue that I cannot fully explain, what they need.
My life has more meaning than ever. Yes I do work with people both in person and via distance treatment. But it’s the animals that have changed my awareness of the depth of life.
I treat in person in the Bluegrass region of Kentucky, and through distance around the world.
Let’s talk about you and the animals you share life with.
