Looking for a fun way to move your body, enjoy the sunshine, and connect with your community this summer? ☀️

Join Brittney Edwards for Pilates & Popsicles at Pavilion Park, an outdoor mat Pilates class designed for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, this beginner-friendly class will help you build strength, improve flexibility, and enjoy mindful movement in a beautiful outdoor setting.

What to expect:
• Core strengthening
• Flexibility and posture work
• Balance and mobility training
• Breath-focused stretching

After class, stick around and cool off with complimentary popsicles while connecting with others in the community.
