We had a great mom’s group today!! ✨

A special thank you to Ariel for coming and educating us on the pelvic floor! Ariel discussed different types of breath work🫁, posture🧘‍♀️, things you can do in pregnancy to strengthen your pelvic floor🤰, and answered individualized questions as well!

Next week we will not be having mom’s group due to it being a holiday week! Keep an eye out for more updates!!
