π£ OFFICIAL UPDATE FROM COMPASSIONATE MEDICAL ACADEMY
Compassionate Medical Academy is entering an exciting season of growth, and we want our students, graduates, supporters and community partners to know what is ahead.
Since opening our doors, we have had the privilege of helping hundreds of students begin new careers in healthcare. Every enrollment, referral, encouraging message and successful graduate has contributed to our progress.
We are sincerely grateful to everyone who continues to believe in our mission.
As we prepare for the remainder of 2026 and move into 2027, several improvements are underway.
π« EXPANSION INTO A LARGER FACILITY
We are preparing for a future move into a larger facility that will give us more room for student services, classroom instruction, skills training, laboratory activities and additional programs.
Our goal is to create an environment that supports both our current students and the long-term direction of the Academy. Information about the new location will be announced once all plans are finalized.
π©π½ββοΈ ADDITIONAL FACULTY AND SUPPORT STAFF
As our enrollment and student-support needs continue to increase, we will be adding qualified instructors and administrative professionals to our team.
These additions will help us strengthen communication, provide students with more academic support, improve response times and ensure that every department is prepared to serve our growing student population.
π» NEW ENROLLMENT SYSTEM, LMS AND STUDENT EXPERIENCE
We are also preparing to launch a new enrollment system, CMA Learning Management System (LMS), student portal and additional technology designed to improve the entire student experience.
These improvements will make it easier for students to:

Access courses and learning materials

View assignments, assessments and academic progress

Receive important announcements and reminders

Review program requirements and deadlines

Communicate with instructors and student-support staff

Access important student information in one central location
Our new systems are scheduled to be fully launched and ready before the September 14, 2026 cohort begins.
Students enrolled in the September 14 cohort will receive instructions regarding account access, orientation and any required enrollment steps directly from Compassionate Medical Academy. Please monitor your email and follow all instructions by the stated deadlines.
π¨ IMPORTANT ENROLLMENT ANNOUNCEMENT: UPDATED ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS π¨
Beginning SEPTEMBER 5, 2026, Compassionate Medical Academy will introduce a new enrollment process that includes student interviews and an applicant selection process.
Our goal is to ensure that the school and program are the right fit for each studentβand that each applicant is prepared to meet the expectations of the program.
We want to select serious and committed students who are ready to make a change, build a better future and make a difference in their livesβnot applicants who simply want to enroll without completing the required work.
Please review the following important requirements:
π Before registering, make sure you are available to begin on the program start date you select.
π Once class rosters have been submitted, your start date CANNOT be changed. Last-minute changes cause confusion with enrollment processing, class rosters and student placement.
π All programs will officially begin on the start date listed during registration.
π Students must complete all required coursework, virtual labs, hands-on skills training and externship hours, if applicable.
π These requirements are mandatory. Students who do not complete every required component will not pass the program or receive a Certificate of Completion from Compassionate Medical Academy.
We are committed to providing quality training and supporting students who are serious about completing their education and beginning a new career. Please carefully review your schedule, responsibilities and readiness before registering.
π ADDITIONAL PROGRAM OPPORTUNITIES
We are developing new educational opportunities for late 2026 and 2027. Each program must go through curriculum development, staffing, compliance review and any required approval process before enrollment can begin.
Program announcements will only be made after the appropriate steps have been completed.
π©Ί PRACTICAL NURSING PROGRAM UPDATE
We continue to work toward the future development of a Practical Nursing program.
Creating a nursing program requires careful curriculum planning, qualified nursing faculty, clinical partnerships, appropriate facilities, regulatory compliance, financial resources and approval from the proper agencies.
For that reason, Compassionate Medical Academy is not currently accepting applications, deposits or tuition payments for a Practical Nursing program.
We understand how much interest there is in this opportunity, but we will not announce an enrollment date until the program has received all required approvals.
Building a legitimate, compliant and academically founded program is more important.
