Routine checkups can help identify health concerns early, keep chronic conditions under control, and make sure you're up to date on recommended screenings and vaccines.

Sometimes the hardest part is just making the appointment. Whether you need a routine checkup, help managing a chronic condition, PrEP, HIV care, gender-affirming care, or just a provider who will listen, we're here for you.

Whether you're heading to Pride events, spending the day at the lake, working outdoors, cheering from the sidelines, or just trying to survive the heat, staying hydrated is one of the easiest ways to protect your health.

Signs of dehydration can include:
πŸ’§ Headaches
πŸ’§ Fatigue
πŸ’§ Dizziness
πŸ’§ Dry mouth
πŸ’§ Muscle cramps
πŸ’§ Dark urine

A few simple ways to stay hydrated:
βœ” Drink water before you're thirsty
βœ” Take breaks in the shade or air conditioning
βœ” Replenish electrolytes when sweating heavily
βœ” Limit alcohol during long days in the heat

Stay safe, stay hydrated, and enjoy your summer.

Today is HIV Long-Term Survivors Awareness Day.

We honor the individuals who lived through the earliest years of the HIV/AIDS epidemic, advocated for research and treatment, cared for one another, and refused to be forgotten.

Because of their resilience, courage, and activism, HIV care has been transformed. What was once considered a terminal diagnosis is now a manageable chronic condition for many people living with HIV.

At Diversity Family Health, we are grateful for the generations of survivors whose voices, experiences, and advocacy continue to shape HIV care we provide today.

Their stories matter.
Their legacy matters.
And they continue to inspire hope for the future.

Today is Pansexual & Panromantic Awareness Day πŸ’–πŸ’›πŸ’™

Healthcare providers shouldn't assume who someone loves, who someone has relationships with, or what their health needs are based on appearance, identity, or labels.

At Diversity Family Health, affirming care starts with listening, asking questions without judgment, and creating spaces where people can show up as themselves.

Everyone deserves to feel respected, supported, and seen.
