Last night, 2 of our members graduated with certificates of completion from the UA-Pulaski Technical College adult education program! 🎓🎉

Completing this program is a tremendous accomplishment, and we are incredibly proud of Bri and Amanda for their hard work, dedication, and perseverance.

Watching our members set goals, work toward them, and achieve success is one of the greatest joys of what we do. Congratulations, Bri and Amanda! We can’t wait to see what you accomplish next! 💙

It’s hard to believe it’s been almost 2 weeks since this spectacular night under the big top! 🎪✨

Many attendees may not realize that the work begins long before the big night. The AEDD in the Rock Drama Troupe rehearses for months leading up to the show. Each rehearsal combines elements of speech therapy, physical therapy and occupational therapy and helps build important skills including teamwork, problem solving, and so much more!

The best part of all is watching their confidence grow from the very first rehearsal to the final performance. It is truly an incredible thing to witness and we are so thankful to be a part of it.

We are so proud of our members and so grateful for everyone who attended this year’s Curtain Call! ❤️

We are so grateful for the men and women who gave their lives for our country. We hope to honor them by continuing to work toward freedom and equality for all. ❤️

What a whirlwind of a week it’s been! 🌪️

Last night was a culmination of months of planning, hard work, and dedication!
Our members have spent so much time preparing for the moment they stepped on that stage and they did an absolutely amazing job! We are so incredibly proud of them and so thankful for our staff, volunteers, and the attendees of this year’s Curtain Call! 🎪✨

Special thanks to The Sanctuary at Argenta for being the absolute perfect venue to help us bring our vision to life!

Job Summary:
The Direct Support Professional provides the necessary support for an individual with a developmental disability to live in an independent situation (e.g. apartment, duplex, home) and or family environment. These services enable persons with developmental disabilities to live, work and enjoy recreational opportunities in the community.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year relative, supervised work experience with a public health, human services, or other community service agency
- Minimum of 2 years verifiable experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Jobs 4 You is seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Work Instructor to support adults with developmental disabilities in a structured work and training environment. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support participants in on-site work and training activities
- Ensure a safe environment and monitor participant well-being at all times
- Assist individuals in meeting production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Track and document daily progress, goals, and production outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, including work sheets, billing, and transportation logs

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in human services or working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Valid Arkansas Driver's License
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening (safety-sensitive position)
