So, I got this text today, & really had no idea what the "cool surprise" could be. We've seen enough of these end-of-year concerts to know how they typically go. Yes, we knew that the Seniors would be honored & given some awards. So, my mind was racing all afternoon. So, in typical "Anthony" style, he surprised us, once again! Back story: since his Sophomore year, he never told us anything that was going to be happening in any of his upcoming concerts; not even when he had a solo! We always found out when we saw the program at the moment the concert started.
If you watch the video, you'll hear sniffling (sorry, not sorry) because there is so much to it! I had a flashback of when my younger brother, Timothy Johnston got this same opportunity his Senior year, thanks to Mr. Chuck Phegley !!
The other video shows choreography that he helped create! So cool!!
The other part of this is, if you would've told me 4 years ago that Anthony would've ever been up on a stage singing, let-alone acting lead roles in musicals, & conducting a choir, I would've said you were crazy. It has been so fun to watch Sir Anthony's growth & increasing passion for music! We cannot wait to see how this all unfolds!

Our little ones need massages too! When my kiddos were babies & couldn't communicate if their tummy hurt, I would give them a little massage around the tummy & reflexology points of the feet, to give them relief! Bonus is that doTERRA DigestZen essential oil blend works wonders!

This is so true! We are so hard on ourselves, yet there may be someone else inspired by us. Keep giving your all & doing your best because someone may need that!

Some may ask why I'm posting something like this on my business pages. I have so many stories of how God is real & how He has orchestrated my life to get where I am today. He is the one that told me it was time to go to massage therapy school, at the most unlikely time. I was newly married, and 30 years old, terrified of the idea of going back to school, & with a history of being a terrible student! It was not logical, it didn't make sense! I was an executive assistant at an engineering firm! I always worked in a corporate environment! I put it off & put it off, until I experienced a miscarriage from an unplanned pregnancy. It wasn't devastating! Instead, I felt a peace like I had never experienced before. I knew I was given another chance to follow what God was calling me to do! His timing isn't our timing. Hence, my business name is 'Kairos Healing Massage'. The term 'Kairos' "signifies a decisive, crucial moment where God interacts with human history or personal life, demanding a response of faith and intentional action." Well, there ya go!
