Experiences related to athletic performance include working intensely with Ironman Triathletes as well as other triathletes; football players, high school cross country runners, wrestlers , swimmers and tennis players. I am also a certified practitioner of Reflexology and Raindrop Technique therapy. Additionally at my offices, I offer classes on various topics related to your overall wellness.
