The last Tree Flow of summer 2026 at my favorite safe space Hedges Pond🌲🧘‍♀️ we flowed gently and deliberately, we meditated, we ate fruit, and swam in the nourishing water✨I enjoyed this summer series so much and I hope you did too! Until next year ☀️🙏🫶
