Reception is my new intimate, seated meditation studio within Bhramari Devi—a Mind & Body Spa

As we enter the yin seasons of fall + winter, nature reminds us that not every season is meant for doing, producing or pushing forward.

Some seasons are for receiving. 🌙

Through meditation, breathwork, guided visualization, mindfulness, moon rituals & other intimate pop-up gatherings, Reception is a place to quiet the outside world and become more receptive to the one within.
