I’m Shannon Asuchak, RN. I’ve spent 32 years as a registered nurse and 19 years in medical aesthetics, and I’ve cared for over 400,000 patients. What still means the most to me isn’t simply performing a treatment. It’s the relationship I build with the person sitting in front of me. Every patient comes in with a different story, different goals, different anatomy, and a different idea of what makes them feel confident.
Good aesthetics isn’t about chasing trends or making everyone look the same. It’s about listening, educating, understanding the face as a whole, and knowing what will (and sometimes what won’t) make sense for you.
Some days that means a little Botox. Some days it’s lip filler, Sculptra, skin rejuvenation, or simply a conversation about what your skin needs. And sometimes, the best recommendation is to do less. 🤍
I’m still learning, still training, still refining my technique, and still genuinely excited to be in the treatment room.
