California Adaptive Rowing Program (CARP) CARP teaches rowing to people with physical and/or intellectual disabilities. [email protected] CARP teaches boating and water safety.

CARP is a safe and fun place for people with disabilities to relearn how to use their bodies and strengthen their muscles. A stronger body helps build confidence. Many of the skills that rowers learn are transferable to daily life.
