We understand that life happens and schedules occasionally change. However, when you book an appointment with us—whether virtual or in person—that time is reserved exclusively for you.
Our providers and staff are scheduled and compensated based on those appointments. When a patient does not show up or cancels at the last minute, it not only impacts our team’s ability to earn income for their time, but it also prevents another patient from utilizing an appointment that was in high demand.
Because many of our services are booked weeks in advance, especially for preferred days and times, missed appointments create challenges for both our team and other patients waiting to be seen.
Effective immediately, our No-Show Policy will be enforced without exception.
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request. Any appointment that is missed, or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, will result in a $50 fee charged to the card on file. This fee will not be applied toward a future appointment or rescheduled visit. If we are unable to charge your card on file you will be removed from the membership incentives immediately.
If you need to make a change to your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that due to demand, rescheduled appointments may not be available for several weeks, particularly if you require a specific provider, day, or time.
