Alzheimer’s doesn’t start overnight.
It develops over years—sometimes decades.

That’s why prevention matters.

As a neurologist, I always remind my patients:
your daily habits shape your brain over time.

Movement, nutrition, sleep, mental activity, and stress management all play a role in protecting cognitive function.

You don’t need perfection.
You need consistency.

Small habits today can make a real difference later.

Why do your headaches always hit when you're at your busiest? 🧠

Your brain has a headache threshold. When it's crossed — pain starts. Dehydration puts you at risk. So does skipping meals. Poor sleep? It's a double hit — less pain tolerance AND more cortisol (stress hormone).
Here's the part most people miss: these triggers stack. One bad day won't do it. Three in a row will. Fix one habit and your risk goes down. Which of these is your #1 trigger? Comment below.

Follow me if your headaches always show up when you're at your busiest.

Your brain wasn’t designed to sit all day, amiga 🧠

We’re used to pushing through long days—
sitting, working, taking care of everything.

But your brain actually needs movement to function at its best.

Moving your body helps increase blood flow, supports focus, and boosts your energy throughout the day.

And no—it doesn’t have to be a full workout.

Standing up, walking a little, stretching…
those small moments matter more than you think.

Your brain feels what your body does.
