When you feel totally crap in your body, average starts looking pretty dreamy. 😂
In my teens and 20s, I was desperate for my body to just cooperate. I kept begging God, please, I just want a “normal” body.
I wanted to lose weight, have clear skin, and stop thinking about my body all the time. To me, that felt like a God-given right I’d somehow been deprived of.
It stole my confidence, my energy, and my focus. It stopped me from believing I was worthy of life, love, and happiness.
When I finally found the missing piece in my 30s, I was so grateful I hadn’t given up. Believe me, it would have been easy to.
The freedom that came from finally feeling comfortable in my body changed everything.
No more feeling ashamed of my body.
No more feeling like my body was working against me.
No more feeling like my body was slowing me down.
People who haven’t experienced it will often tell you it’s all in your head.
But those of you who feel that connection between your symptoms, your body, and the rest of your life know exactly what I’m talking about.
I’m here for you. 🫶🏼
