Most of us are pretty consistent about caring for our face, but the neck and chest are often forgotten. That skin gets plenty of sun exposure too, and over time it can show dryness, texture changes, discoloration and signs of aging just as much as the face.

A simple rule: when you apply your moisturizer, SPF or treatment products, don’t stop at the jawline. Bring them down through the neck and onto the upper chest whenever appropriate.
